We try our best to ensure that your products reach you in the best possible condition, If your product is damaged in transit, please contact us by writing to us at contactus@plazy.in within 7 days with photos, and we will investigate the matter before providing a resolution.
How do I cancel my order?
To cancel your order, please send us an email at contactus@plazy.in, including your order number.
We can cancel your order only if it has not yet been dispatched.
Refunds will be processed through the original payment method and may take 5-7 business days to reflect in your account.
Do you accept returns or exchanges?
Currently we do not accept return requests. Our intent is provide our customers with all the information desired for the products and adhere to our promise made. No, COD option is not available as of now.

Yes, we offer free shipping on orders above INR 400.

Do you offer custom designs or personalization?
Currently, we don’t offer customization for regular orders, but stay tuned—this might be something we add in the future!

What is the DIY paracord feature on the mug handles?
Some of our mugs include a paracord wire you can wrap around the handle for added grip, style and protect from the heat of the handle in extreme cases. Check out our tutorial video under the guides section on our website for step-by-step instructions!
Can the Enamel Mugs be heated directly on a stove?
We do not recommend this. While, the mugs are made of Enamel coated steel and may be able to withstand the heat from a direct fire, the design and print on top of the mug, however, is likely to be damaged by doing so as they are susceptible to heat. Do so at your own risk and we will not be liable for any damages.
Can I use the enamel mugs for hot and cold drinks?
Absolutely! Our enamel mugs are perfect for both hot and cold beverages, whether it’s coffee by the campfire or iced tea on a hike.
